I’m Meghan Gross and I’m a communications professional with more than two decades of experience in many industries: energy and industrial, legal, financial services, high tech, medical devices and a sprinkling of consumer and public affairs thrown in for good measure. While working at three of the largest global PR agencies, I coached a number of my corporate clients to succeed in public speaking situations. As an instructor of public relations at Boston College for a number of years, I had a weekly opportunity to show up ready for my students.
Importantly, I’m also an avid consumer of all things health and wellness and a fitness enthusiast. After a few decades working in fast-paced, sometimes tough situations, I’ve learned that showing up ready means a lot more than rehearsing the words. The mind-body connection is strong, and if you’re not paying attention to your health, wellness, and stress management, your communication style will certainly reflect it.
A fearless networker up and down the eastern corridor, I still root for Boston sports teams but enjoy easier winters in Central New Jersey. I’m a passionate advocate for work-life management, health and fitness and enjoy blogging about resilience, wellness and personal development. When I’m not helping companies and their employees show up ready, you’re likely to find me enjoying life as a basketball mom to my 11-year-old daughter or enjoying downtime with my golden retriever.
